Service Fusion pricing: unlimited users from $208, and the headcount where that wins

Starter is $208/mo, Plus $325 and Pro $533 on annual billing — $245, $382 and $627 month-to-month — with unlimited users on every plan. The headcount at which flat pricing beats Jobber and Housecall Pro, what each tier adds, and what costs extra.

The short answer

Service Fusion charges per company: Starter is $208/mo on annual billing with unlimited users, $245 month-to-month. That beats Housecall Pro from six users and Jobber's Connect from eight, by more with every hire; below that it is the dearest published option. GPS fleet tracking is a paid add-on on every plan, job costing and inventory start on Plus at $325, there is no free trial, and the annual price is charged as one payment at sign-up.

Most field service software charges by the login. Service Fusion charges by the company: every plan includes unlimited users, and the price does not move when you hire. That makes it the most expensive published option for a small crew and one of the cheapest for a shop with a full office. The useful question is where the line falls.

Every figure below was read from servicefusion.com/pricing on 24 October 2026.

The three plans

Plan Annual billing Month-to-month Users Year one, annual
Starter $208/mo $245/mo Unlimited $2,496
Plus $325/mo $382/mo Unlimited $3,900
Pro $533/mo $627/mo Unlimited $6,396

The page advertises 15% off for annual billing, and unlike some vendors’ claims, the numbers deliver it: 15.1%, 14.9% and 15.0%. Annual is “charged as one annual payment at sign-up”, so Starter on annual billing is a $2,496 cheque on day one.

What each tier includes, as the page lists it:

  • Starter — customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatching, integrated payments and payment processing, QuickBooks integration, invoicing, project management, reporting, text messaging alerts and estimate options.
  • Plus — everything in Starter, plus job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, and integrated voice and text.
  • Pro — everything in Plus, plus open API integration, custom documents, eSign documents, a customer web portal, and progress billing with recurring invoicing.

Each tier also lists paid add-ons. On Starter they include job photo uploads, inventory management and job costing — the things Plus includes. GPS fleet tracking and ServiceCall.ai are add-ons on every plan, Pro included. The pricing page does not print add-on prices.

There is no free trial; the page offers a demo.

Where unlimited users starts to win

Annual billing, cheapest published plan at each headcount:

Users Service Fusion Jobber Housecall Pro
3 $208 · Starter $149 · Connect $149 · Essentials
5 $208 · Starter $149 · Connect $149 · Essentials
6 $208 · Starter $178 · Connect $299 · Max
8 $208 · Starter $229 · Connect $299 · Max
10 $208 · Starter $229 · Connect $369 · Max + 2
15 $208 · Starter $299 · Connect $544 · Max + 7
20 $208 · Starter Quoted (16+) $719 · Max + 12

Starter becomes cheaper than Housecall Pro at six users and cheaper than Jobber’s Connect at eight — at seven, Jobber is $1 a month cheaper. On month-to-month billing the crossovers are six and seven. After that the gap widens with every hire, because Service Fusion’s price is fixed and the others are not: at fifteen users, Starter is $91 a month under Jobber and $336 under Housecall Pro.

The tiers are not identical, so read the crossover with the feature lists. At eight users Housecall Pro means Max, which includes route optimisation and recurring service plans. And job costing sits in a different place at each vendor: Housecall Pro includes it from Basic, Jobber from Grow, Service Fusion from Plus at $325. If job costing matters, compare like for like — Plus is cheaper than Housecall Pro from nine users ($334) and than Jobber’s Grow from eleven ($328).

One vendor in the index is cheaper at every headcount it publishes: Kickserv covers twenty users for $199 a month, or $159.20 on annual billing. See Kickserv pricing.

Starter or Plus

Plus costs $117 a month more on annual billing ($137 month-to-month) and includes job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, and integrated voice and text. Starter sells the first three as add-ons at prices the page does not show.

The rule is simple: if you would buy two of those add-ons on Starter, get the add-on prices in writing and compare them with Plus before you sign. A shop that carries parts on its trucks and quotes fixed-price work usually needs both inventory and job costing.

What the pricing page does not say

Add-on prices. GPS fleet tracking is an add-on on every plan, and the job costing and inventory add-ons on Starter are unpriced. Ask for every add-on you need as a line item in the quote.

The card processing rate. Payment processing is included as a feature; the rate is not published.

What the demo will cost you in time. There is no self-serve trial. Book the demo with your headcount, your must-have features and a request for the all-in annual figure, and you will get a number that compares with the tables above.

Where Service Fusion is the wrong buy

  • Under six people. You are paying for seats you cannot fill: $208 against $149 for Jobber or Housecall Pro at three to five users.
  • You want to try before you pay. There is no trial, and annual billing is paid up front.
  • You need GPS tracking from day one and have not priced the add-on.

How to buy it

  1. Count every login, including office staff and part-timers. Unlimited users only pays off when the headcount is real.
  2. List the add-ons you need and ask for their prices in writing before the demo ends.
  3. Compare Starter-plus-add-ons with Plus.
  4. Take month-to-month billing first unless the annual saving outweighs paying a year up front without a trial. Annual saves $444 a year on Starter.
